Traveling to Belfast

We made two interesting stops on our drive up to Belfast for the conference.  First was the city of Trim where we had lunch and saw this pretty sweet castle…

Then we stopped at the hill of Tara which has much historical significance for Ireland.

Toward Bandon

One, that hill is much steeper than it looks…

Two, there was a car trying to pass me and Bret was in the middle of the road trying to take my picture…

Three, I didn’t want to lose any speed because there was another steep hill…

And then it started to rain, so we cut our trip to Bandon, Ireland, sister city to Bandon, Oregon, short.  For another time…

The Ride to Work

Today I logged my bike ride home from work. It is a 1.3 mile ride. On the way there it took 7min38sec. On the way home 8min29sec. Hopefully I will post some pictures from the ride soon.
